Once you added your Dynamics tag to your cloner (with tubes), go to the Collision tab and set the Individual Elements to: ALL and the tubes will bump off each other make sure you dial down the Bounce/Friction & Collision Noise or else your tubes will be flynig everywhere in the scene!
